PERFORMANCE PROTEIN is a premium Protein blend of Whey Concentrate and Whey Isolate, formulated to boost muscle growth and recovery, with ease of digestion and uptake.

Our protein powders are a convenient alternative to a whole food meal when on the go, or when a quick delivery of protein is needed, such as pre or post workout.
Our 2kg Pouch contains 66 servings. For larger individuals, two servings may be needed per meal to meet daily protein requirements.
(We believe protein requirements to be most effective at a minimum of 1g per pound of body weight).
(Consuming under 20g of protein in a single feeding has been shown to have less than optimal impacts on muscle protein synthesis. Therefore, we always encourage a minimum of 20g of protein to be consumed in any one meal).

Mix 1-2 scoops (30g per scoop) with 300-400ml cold water in your shaker.
*Can alternatively be added to our Cream of Rice, Oats or Yoghurt as a perfect meal option.
