Sleep Stack is a fully transparent, non proprietary product containing 6 ingredients at efficacious doses as part of the Supplement Needs Dean St Mart Health range.

Formulated by Dr Dean St Mart PhD using 5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan), Pyridoxine-5-Phosphate (Vitamin B6), Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5), Zinc from Zinc Monomethionine, Magnesium from Magnesium Bisglycinate, and the amino acid L-Theanine.

Sleep Stack has been designed to complement the biochemistry of sleep which may support your body naturally falling asleep, and staying asleep.

Available as a 30 day (60 capsules) and 60 day (120 capsules).

*Magnesium contributes to normal psychological function.

*Zinc contributes to normal cognitive function.

*Panthothenic acid contributes to normal mental performance.

How to Use

Sleep Stack is designed to be used during periods when sleep support is required.

1 serving (2 capsules) is to be taken, preferably 30 minutes before bed on an empty stomach.

If a late meal before bed is being consumed, 1 serving is best taken before this final meal.

Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Sleep Stack can also be stacked alongside PM Priming Stack and Magnesium Bisglycinate for comprehensive evening time relaxation to augment sleep hygiene practices and improve the quantity and quality of sleep.
