Returns And Refunds

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

Due to the nature of nutritional supplements, we cannot accept returns for opened or used products for safety and hygiene reasons.

Products are eligible for return if:

  • They are faulty, damaged during delivery, or not as described.

  • They are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging (if you request a return before delivery issues).

TIMEFRAME FOR RETURNS

You must notify us of any eligible return or issue within 14 days of receiving your order.

All returns must be completed and sent back to us within 30 days of notification.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To request a return:

  2. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

  3. Wait for confirmation and instructions from our team before returning any items.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If the item is eligible, we will issue a full refund for the product price.

  • Refunds do not include original shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault or delivery error.

Refunds are processed using the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your account.

EXCHANGES

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to receive a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If your product arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Contact us immediately with a photo of the product and packaging.

  • We will provide instructions for a return or replacement.

  • Shipping costs for faulty or damaged products will be covered by Fueld Supplements.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used supplements

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

  • Gift cards or vouchers

SHIPPING RETURNS

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is faulty or damaged.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service for returns. Fueld Supplements is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
